What auto repair websites actually score

We run the SiteRise audit against real independent auto repair shop websites, city by city, and publish the numbers. So far: 27 shops across 3 cities, nine per city, no national chains. No shop is named, and we did not contact any of them to run this.

Why we publish this

Because an average is the only honest way to answer the question every owner asks first: is my site actually bad, or is everyone like this? The answer is that almost everyone is like this — and that the faults are the same four or five every time, and none of them need a rebuild.

The long version of the argument, with what each fault costs and what it takes to fix, is here: what a slow website costs an auto repair shop.
